Return policy for Myang customers

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

  • Myang offers size charts to ensure our customers order the correct size. Please ensure that you view these on our website.

  • All our items are shipped from our warehouse according to our shipping policy and therefore we only offer refunds and credits and not exchanges.

  • All refunds will remain at the discretion of Myang. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will refund or credit you - the choice is yours.
    Products being returned must please be addressed to:

  • If you choose a credit you will receive an email with a DISCOUNT CODE.  If you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size, you will have to place a new order on our online store and use the DISCOUNT CODE emailed to you.

  • Please take note that shipping/delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded or credited as these are costs that cannot be reimbursed to us by the Courier Company.
    Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receiving of goods.
    Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused.

  • The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.

  • Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or credit or return.

  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

If Myang is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by Myang.
