Return policy for Myang customers
Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your Myang pieces as much as we loved making them. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:
Exchanges & Store Credit: Not the right fit? No problem—we’re happy to swap it out or give you store credit if notified within 14 days.
Sizing: Ordered the wrong size? We’ll gladly exchange it—just pop it back to us (return shipping is on you) and we’ll get the right one out to you.
Condition: Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original state.
Sale Items: Final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.

If Myang is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by Myang.
